About Us
Construct-It, Inc. was founded in 2016 with dreams of success that would be accomplished through integrity, hard work and a great final product. They have found their niche in the concrete restoration industry and work mostly along Florida’s east coast with the majority of work in Brevard County. Construct-It works closely with engineers, condominium associations, sub-contractors, owners, and building officials to ensure the execution and completion of successful projects. The company is comprised of a professional management team with 34 years of accumulated experience in the construction industry. Construct-It has earned recognition for its ability to efficiently and effectively manage multifaceted projects.
Victor Torres
General Contractor
Victor Torres is the co-owner and go-getter of Construct-It, Inc., a commercial and residential construction company based in Brevard County. He is proud of his Cuban and Puerto-Rican decent, which has proven to be an advantage in the industry as he is bilingual. His strengths lie in execution, oversight and his ability juggle multiple jobs ensuring projects run smoothly. Victor’s ambition, drive and fearlessness have been a key factor in Construct-It’s success in such a short period of time.
Victor has been a resident of the Brevard County since 1983. He has a humble upbringing and started from the bottom doing construction cleanup. He spent the next fifteen years gaining experience in different areas of construction as well as running a successful mobile detailing business. Finally in 2016, he put his passion to work, obtained his Florida Certified General Contractor’s license, and started Construct-It, Inc. with the support of his wife, Stacy. As a General Contractor, recent years have proven to be challenging, exciting and busy but most of all rewarding. Victor is hoping to grow the business and leave a legacy for his children one day. In his spare time, you are most likely to find Victor fishing, camping or four-wheeling with his family, of course.
Stacy Torres
Operations Manager
Stacy Torres is the co-owner and the organizational force behind Construct-It. She has over 18 years experience in sales and business management yet possesses an eye for design. Her responsibilities include all daily aspects of running Construct-It, as well as project oversight.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from the University of South Florida. As an entrepreneur and business professional, she has accumulated almost two decades of experience in sales, account management, budgeting, branding, personnel management, and strategic planning. She has a passion for business and is always eager to learn something new. Stacy’s family history in Brevard County is rooted in construction and goes back 55 years when her grandfather started working in masonry eventually starting his own concrete company. This must be where she gets her enthusiasm for building and passion for running the business. Her mantra is to do whatever it takes and she instills a culture of accountability, dependability and integrity into Construct-It. Although she stays very busy, Stacy prioritizes her faith and family. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, antiquing and entertaining family and friends.
Together Victor and Stacy make a fantastic team! They compliment each others strengths and weaknesses yet share ambitious goals to make a positive impact in the community, build structures that will last for years to come, and grow a business legacy their children would be proud to own one day.

Adam Ruschak
Superintendent
Adam Ruschak is a Brevard County native and proudly served as part of the 1-124th Bravo Company of the 53rd Infantry Brigade of the Army National Guard. He was called to active duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent almost a year in Kuwait. After being honorably discharged, he spent the next 14 years learning all facets of construction. During this time, he quickly moved up the ranks and has been a Superintendent for many very large construction projects.
Construct-It is honored to have such a hard working, dedicated veteran on our team. Adam’s vast construction knowledge paired with his never quit attitude makes him a great asset. On weekends, you can always find Adam helping friends and family with projects even though he’d rather be boating!
